The 5 Series

The Challenging 5 series is a wonderful way to build genuine strength in your core. Practice elongating your limbs while maintaing stability through the torso. If you do these exercises correctly (listen to my cuing) you will not only feel it in the abdonminals, but also a wonderful sense of lengthening and strengthening through the legs. Breath and stay relaxed through the neck and shoulders. Rock it!
