NEW STUDIO located in Sea Grove Town Center

Join us in this gorgeous new space.

#108 Sea Grove Main Street, Sea Grove Town Center on Anastasia Island

The Sea Grove Town center is the location of the public library, Tropical Smoothie, Terra Aqua, Happy Cakes, and now the new studio.  The studio entrance is very subtle, located on the east side of the 108 building, and just a few doors south of Tropical Smoothie. The word "STUDIO" is written vertically next to the door to help you locate it.

Schedule for July 2015

Alignment Class - Mondays 9:00
A challenging class designed to create a strong core and an over-all sense of alignment.                       Pilates, yoga, and other classical methods will be utilized. Highly recommended for dancers.  Bring a mat

Barre Fit/Adagio Class - Mondays 5:30
Adagio - "a sequence of well-controlled, graceful movements performed as a display of skill"
This class is inspired by the adagio sequences found in ballet.  We move with slow, graceful             control, the intention to strengthen the body and develop your balance.  Class will begin on the           floor with a Pilates warm-up, and then progressively work to standing positions, from two feet,         to one foot.  We will finish with a nice soothing stretch. Bring a mat

Barre Fit/Allegro Class - Thursday 5:30
Allegro -  "brisk or rapid in tempo"
This class combines my classic barre fitness series with an energetic movement                                   component, thus giving you a workout that challenges both the intrinsic and large muscle                   groups. Barre Fit/Allegro is a low-impact, cardio conditioning class. Bring a mat

Intermediate Teen Ballet - Mondays and Wednesdays 10:00-11:30
A classical ballet class focused on proper alignment, technique, and artistry.  If you need to up on your ballet, strengthen your game, or maintain what you have worked so hard to build, this is the class for you.

Move and Flow - Fridays 10:30
Begin with a flowing stretch, then move into familiar, but simplified, movements that echo modern, ballet, jazz, and Latin dancing.  Round it out with floor exercises that strengthen core, arms, and glutes and complete the hour with a soothing stretch. The title says it all. Bring a mat

Open-Level Ballet - Wednesday 6:00pm, Saturday 11:30am 
A classical ballet class that welcomes all levels of dancers with some background training.
An incredible work-out for the body, mind, and soul. (Not for very beginners)

Stretch - Fridays 9:30
A comfortably flowing class that allows your body to awaken to stretch.  All bodies welcomed.

What is Pilates?

"Pilates is a form of exercise, developed by Joseph Pilates, which emphasizes the balanced development of the body through core strength, flexibility, and awareness in order to support efficient, graceful movement" (
Pilates has been used for years in the dance community as a tool to enhance core strength and flexibility, while also building and maintaining long lean muscels. Any BODY can do Pilates, and everybody should.
Once you have the core awareness, flexibility and balance that Pilates brings, you will notice how your daily movement and health are improved. Pair it with the workout you are already doing and see how much better it gets!
